Wedding Photography Prices

• Please use our contact form to contact us with your date and we can give you pricing for that date.
• If you haven't picked a date yet, give us an idea of what time of year and if it will be a Saturday or non-Saturday wedding and we can give you pricing.
• If your wedding is on a Saturday but it is less than 30 days away we may have some great deals - just ask!

All of our wedding coverage includes the following:

• Sandra and Chris as your two photographers.
• A high resolution disc of the edited images in .jpg format that you can print from. There is a copyright release included with the disc.
• All of your images go online under an event name so you can share your photos with family and friends. They can also order photos online.
• Some of your images will be shot in black and white while others are edited into black and white or sepia from the original color image.
• Unlimited locations on your wedding day (within the coverage time)

We also offer the following items that you can add to your wedding coverage:

• An engagement session (pricing ranges from $350 to $450 depending on the location of the photo session)
• Albums (ranging from $200 to $2600)
• Canvas Wall Prints
• Bridal Session
• Day After Session or Post-Wedding Session
• Boudoir Session

Frequently Asked Wedding Questions

How soon after the wedding will our proofs be online?
The wedding proofs will be online usually 2-3 weeks after the wedding. Then once the photos go online we mail you the disc.

Can we print from the disc?
Yes, you can print from your disc. Your disc includes high resolution edited images. You also have the option to order prints through our professional lab. We ask that you do this if you need a large wall print.

Will the prints that I order from you look just like the images on my disc?
Not necessarily. Prints that we make for you or for your wedding album will be printed on professional paper by a professional lab. This may result in some differences in color and quality when compared to prints made at a local photo lab from your disc.

Do you offer photo guest books?
We offer two types of guest books - a guest book album and a guest book frame. The guest book album is 8x8 and it is designed with white space for your guests to sign. The guest book frame is a custom frame that holds either an 11x14 or a 16x20 print. The mat board is larger than usual to allow guests to sign it.

Do you have discounts for non-Saturday weddings?
Because weekday and Sunday weddings are usually smaller we offer one and two hour coverage packages where our Saturday coverage requires a three hour minimum. There are some exceptions to this rule, but we are happy to check your date and give you the pricing for that date.

Can we get a discount if we only have Sandra or Chris as our photographer - not both?
Sandra and Chris are a team, so we don't offer any coverage where we split up. We feel that as a team, the quality of images and coverage that we produce is what we want to present to you as a final product. It just would not be possible to provide you with the same level of service with only one photographer.

Can I change my wedding coverage after I sign the contract?
Yes, you can change the amount of time you originally booked us for and you can also change the time of the ceremony and/or reception.

Can I pick the location for my engagement session?
Yes, we photograph all over Central Park (and sometimes much further away). Let us know if you need some suggestions but we generally like to use places you love to visit or significant places such as where you got engaged, where you first met, where you shared your first kiss, etc.

Can we include our dogs in our engagement photos?
Yes! If we are not doing a shoot where your dog is in every photo, be sure to bring a friend to handle your dogs when we don't include them.

Can you hold my date for me?
We hold weddings with a contract and a retainer that is 30% of your total. Retainers are non-refundable but depending on the date they could be transferred to a new date. Wedding dates are booked on a first come first served basis.
